I have the same exact problem with big sur and macbook pro 16. I have the latest version of adguard.
I don't have any issue with my Big Sur Imacs (adguard installed).
I sent the spindump to adobe and they say this problem occurs due to adguard.
Also when i turn off adguard CPU usage goes...
