Removing clickable links from the site

Something about sending links through a third-partys is unsettling for privacy reasons Given that it just takes one person to click on it, then the website in question is aware they're been targeted. Time is money, and if adguard forums can use text links it'll avoid any potential website...

Removing clickable links from the site

Not too sure hows its done on lanik's side, but from what I understand it was either a setting forum change or modification of file. Text links don't carry referrer details making it harder to track back :) Well not any more: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1133201

Removing clickable links from the site

Not sure if this forum was the best to bring it up. tl;dr I was going to respond to a fix, to a popular Anti-adblock site but noticed the user posted a direct link.

Removing clickable links from the site

Just to avoid referrer tracking (and thus adblock countering) I'd recommend parsing of urls should be changed. Otherwise the website who is being reported will be aware of the forum thread.

    [Resolved] https://blockadblock.com *Adblock detected

While whitelisting/fixing blockadblock.com, I don't think it's a fight worth while given they'll probably attempt to subvert it at every opportunity. Its not a really site many people visit, unless its webhosts looking for quick script.
