For other websites I was unable to find any pattern. 95% of times websites load correctly, so it's huge improvement. In rare cases loading circle...
I guess this:

should work on all (most) webpages

It works too well as it also prevents changing the cursor when pointer hoovers any link :)
1st load - FF didn't load anything. Refresh - not fully loaded (like on the screenshoot above). Couple reloads later still the same. Couple reloads with skipping cache - still no luck.
I use WFP driver on Win10 x64.

First look at the new build made me wonder if this is the first build where infinite web pages loading bug is fixed. If so, then it was ESET WFP driver incompatibility and had nothing to do with Sandboxie and HTTPS filtering.
