If you are using Private DNS function you must disable DNS in AdGuard.
Try to use AdGuard DNS + HTTPS filtering and check again.
Obviously, if HTTPS filtering is switched off HTTPS can't be filtered, try to load this website with AdGuard DNS or Google DNS.
