I saw this thread about blocking sites completely.
However, I still see some text and images.
Is it possible to block everything, so you would see a blank page?
It would be even better if I can add text, "blocked" on the page.

I'm located in Japan and use Spotify app on Mac.
Banner ads are blocked, but I still hear audio ads in Japanese. Can I remove audio ads too?
I have enabled following filters.
*English Filter
*Spyware Filter
*Social Media Filter
*Annoyances Filter
*Japanese Filter
