Just upgraded to the latest version and still I'm having this issue. I've supplied what must be a dozen sets of logs and process samples and Adguard are STILL unable to fix this. 5 months without getting the product I'm paying for.
C'mon Adguard get this fixed - I've been with adblocking for months now. I've provided you logs, process dumps and all manner of supporting info, but still no resolution!

Thanks @oldgreg. I imported these successfully but it made no difference. Still the same issue.
I don't think it is that Adguard is not filtering, more that adguard is not able to actually add it's network extension.

I'm still having issue.... I double checked SIP was enabled, but still have the same issue. When Adguard is enabled in 'Network Extension' mode there is literally no network traffic. The other couple of things I've noticed are that Adguard constantly nags me about installing the HTTPS...
macOS Monterey 12.3.1 Issue

These are the settings I have. Adguard fails when I turn on Preferences -> Network -> Network Extension mode, but works ok when this is set to 'Automatic Proxy'
Not working for me also.
Browsing basically hangs.
nslookup or ping from terminal has no response.
Adguard VPN in system prefs->network has no traffic indicators despite being connected
Adguard is running in Network Extension mode.
