ok about 45 min. after my inital post there was an Adguard update. After updating all the googleadservice links work consistently now. That seems...amazing. Are the devs that fast? Anyway looks like it's fixed for now. Thank you to whomever.
I can't click on the ad links on google's website that use googleadservices. I've tried adding @@||googleadservices.com and @@||www.googleadservices.com^| to the user rules but it doesn't work consistently. Sometimes it works on the first click and then it stops working.
