Thanks. I think it's working now. Here's what I did:
Set Adguard to default settings.
Add exclusions of the AV to Adguard and vice versa.
Disable the WFP network driver.
Export the settings.
For any popups of cookie notifications, newsletter subscriptions, etc., I'll probably try to filter...
Thank you! I found several .exe files running, and in the same folder. I'll exclude the folder and see what happens.
I'll do the same for the AV, i.e., exclude Adguard.
I'm currently using the ff:
Win 10 x64 home
SSD
16 GB RAM
Firefox
Ferdium (a multi-app messenger that can load apps like Facebook, Twitter, and Discord)
Adguard for Desktop
Avast Free
All three use the current, stable versions.
I notice that browsing in either Firefox or Ferdium slows down...
The problem does disappear when I disable the WFP driver. I tried disabling the Avast free web shield but it persisted. The same happened when I disabled the Adguard browser security.
I'm experiencing the problem now, but only for Firefox and Adguard for Windows: I'm able to visit a site, but after a few minutes the error occurs. There's no problem when I load the same site in Edge.
The problem comes and goes. When I load a page, the problem shows up. When I reload...
Hello. I have Adguard desktop for Windows filtering Firefox and Edge, and Ivacy desktop for Windows with split tunneling features:

I found out that it only takes place in Firefox and Google, and not likely due to any setting or addon. All browsers are listed in the Adguard list of filtered applications. Here's what I tried and the results:
1. Firefox and Google - problem occurs
2. Firefox and Bing - no problem
2. Firefox...
Here's something I found out:
I have Adguard URL Tracking parameter and Strip URLs of tracking parameters enabled.
When I search for something in Google and hover over the results using the mouse cursor, the url stripped of tracking information is shown in the status bar. However, after...
Thank you. I followed those instructions but it did not work. Here's what's written in the browser page:
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to www.facebook.com. The server uses key pinning (HPKP) but no trusted certificate chain could be constructed that matches the...
Hello. I'm trying LibreWolf, a Mozilla fork with telemetry, etc., stripped
https://librewolf-community.gitlab.io/
However, I can't load any pages if the filter HTTPS protocol option is activated.
Is there something I can do to fix this problem? Thanks for the help.
The popups for Sierra still appear. I'm guessing that certain things were changed in the site such that the filter lists no longer counter them.
Given that, one way to disable popups is to disable javascript for the site using an addon. The catch is that some features in the site might also be...
I was searching online and found this thread. Here's what I gathered. Use a browser that's filtered by Adguard for Desktop and go to

and see how the the byline is mixed with the text.
Next, uncheck the browser...
