oh yes it's third party filter and I posted this in wrong place.
I believe it has no concern with specific youtube video or languages, I checked at that time.
the filter 'Online Malicious URL Blocklist' is blocking youtube comments so i cant see them.
it's a little weird because when i turned off the filter, adguard still blocked youtube comments.
but after disabling adguard for 30 seconds and enabling again, then the adguard without the filter...
