Use the below one worked perfect for me. you need to go to setting>general and toggle advanced mode. then back to settings>dns protection> dns filtering>dns filters and add this url https://adguardteam.github.io/AdGuardSDNSFilter/Filters/filter.txt it willactivate the DNSfilters to block in app ads

Whenever u restart your phone AdGaurd needs to be disabled and then enable again .
