Yes, i reinstalled after the upgrade. I used Adguard perfectly on a 6S and 6S+ perfectly on 9.3.3 previously.

You guys really have no help for this? Here's a screen cap showing you an ad in one of the apps I listed above. You can see that I so have Adguard activated on the phone. This is on my 6S and my 6S+ is having the same problems. To be fair, the Adblock app isn't working either on these two phones.
