update: this thread can be deleted. Issues are gone, at least no Problems for two Weeks now.
I think my ISP doesn't like other DNS entries in the Router. it works for a while and then it breaks.
so I went back to the default DNS in the Router instead of AG and use the DNS trough AG Windows...
tried with the German ones (Frankfurt, Berlin), Denmark, Belgium, Finnland and UK. no luck.
however, the French one (Paris), Hong Kong, Italy are working. that's what I tested so far. didn't try those in the first place because I use the VPN usually for Privacy/Security Reasons only and always...
