I'm using Outline VPN which is made by Jigsaw. I'll be glad if there is some way to use outline VPN and Adguard together.

I think this problem is Samsung's fault. When I test with other VPN like OpenVPN or Hotspotshield, same problem happened. I report it to Samsung's firmware team. Thankyou for your supprot.

I disabled filtering Samsung Pass and Samsung Pass Auto fill-out, same problem occurs. But when I disable filtering Samsung Interent, problem doesn't happen.
