The same profile installed in iOS (iPhone and iPad) is working perfectly.

Hey, I set up DoH in Adguard Home with a valid certificat.
If I query the DNS server with dig @<local ip> cloudflare.com +https it is working perfectly. The logs confirm the request and that it is indeed DoH.

Yes. DNS over HTTPS support like AdGuard for iOS.
For now, Using DNS over HTTPS on Mac OS is pretty difficult. Download cloudflared client and running DNS proxy on command line.
Maybe AdGuard can help this. Integrate DNS proxy on AdGuard and let users set their DNS to local running AdGuard DoH...
