Activation revoked when Windows updated to 1909

Hi,

I am running version 7.2.2936 with a recently supplied Beta key. I have just applied the November Windows feature update to version 1909 of Windows 10 Pro.

On restart, Adguard told me that the Trial had expired. It failed to accept the Beta Key.

I reset the key on the account and then re-applied the key. This worked.

Hello there!

The developers know about this issue. I suppose they will fix it in the next updates.
Please specify the license status reset after rebooting the PC?

I'd like to ask you to export the logs, and send me the received archive.
Also, you don't remember the approximate time and date of the update? It will be very helpful in solving this issue.

Hi,

The same system just lost the activation information again. This time, there were no updates, although I did shutdown Adguard for windows and restart it. all I did was renter the key, which worked.

I have attached the latest logs

Hi,

Exactly the same has occurred again on one of the two machines that I use. I have recently updated to the latest Beta.

I only had to reactivate the application this time. I have attached the logs and reactivated it at 15.54 today.

Regards, Richard
