Definitely are :( Over 132 days since latest updates.
Filters list by CertyficateIT is the only one polish list that get any updates. I'm testing it now using latest Firefox beta x64 and Adblock Edge. Website:

Polish filters:
1) Main: http://www.certyficate.it/adblock/adblock.txt
2) Cookies http://www.certyficate.it/adblock/adblock_cookies.txt
I'll keep an eye on it, see as often they update the list, how it works on polish sites, how they react on new filters proposals and websites with ads reports. :)

Thank you! I added those two filters sets to my filters list. Also I sent them first e-mail with websites where ads are not removed and included filters proposals :)
