Adding Fanboy's Enhanced Tracking List/Other Custom Lists on iPhone

I have been reading through the knowledge base and can't find the answer. I am running AdGuard Premium and I see as part of the premium I can use third-party filters or create my own. However, I do not see where in the app I can add in these filters.

I apologize if this is a basic question but I've been struggling to find the answer.

on adguard app
at the bottom touch the second button
then safari protection then filters then privacy where you will find the list
