No problem, desktop shortcut is not a big problem :)

Thank you for being honest with driver vulnerability. I had ESET SS 8 with pre-release updates and SSL scanning on Windows 10 TP build 9926. Sometimes ESET was causing infinite page loading, not fully loaded websites or even network blocking. I had those issues since eset has been installed.
I study at the college again and needed to come back to stable environment :p

Okay, an update.

After updating all has been well. Though, I did notice the filtering failed again on YouTube in Chrome so I looked into it a little more. HTTPS filtering isn't failing, in fact in other browsers filtering on YouTube is working fine and there was no .x or .ssl files created in the temp directory. In reality it looks like userscript injection is/was failing at random - both the Assistant and YouTube Center in this case. So, I decided to do a clean Chrome profile and it's working again. I'll keep watching this one

All in all the problem may be userscript injection is failing on YouTube (maybe Google domains too) and is probably not related to the SSL exceptions. So it's probably a new issue.

Maybe we've ran again into Youtube switching to QUIC issue?

Have you checked youtube certificate in Chrome? Was it our cert or their? Our cert means injection issue as you've said, their cert means switching to QUIC or something similiar

It hasn't happened for over 24 hours now.
Could you please send me your logs? Want to check SSL exception events log. It is either my last fix has helped or the problem was not in SSL exceptions creation and then my fix is redundant.

Thank you for the log file! I see some SSL exception events in previous version (5.10.2003.6240) and nothing in the latest version, so I guess my fix is ok.

The tooltip still gets stuck in the upper left corner at random. Fortunately hovering the mouse on the system tray icon for a few seconds then moving the mouse makes it go away. Still can't reproduce it on demand.

:) It happens once per log-in or system startup. Also I didn't notice this issue on Windows 10 build 9926
