Protection is saying disabled and clicking restore quickly flashes enable, then changes back to disabled.

Computer is running windows 10 which has just been installed.
Adguard is version 6.0.103.580, and looking at the services the Adguard service is running.

The other thing which happens is when Adguard loads it just sits at the splash screen(as pictured below) for ages or never loads at all.

I must have downloaded a old version of 6.
Anyway I've installed 6.0.107.609 now but same thing, doesn't load just gets stuck at the splash screen.

If/when Adguard loads I get this screen:
adguard3.jpg

Also when entering in the license key it doesn't work and gives this error message
adguard4.jpg

One last note is when right clicking the tray icon everything is grayed out apart from exit and close Adguard.

Weird. Uninstall the program and reinstall the latest version of the beta.

Do you have any anti-virus software running? If so, please try to disable it temporary.
You can also try to start Adguard service manually by going to Run -> services.msc -> Adguard Service -> Enable. Startup type should be automatic. Or just execute
Code:
sc config "Adguard Service" start= auto && sc start "Adguard Service"
from elevated command prompt.

I've reinstalled about 4/5 times now, several reboots but no go.

Looking at the event viewer i can see: (A new one appears each time I try and restore the service via the program or on system boot)

Service File Name: system32\drivers\adgnetworkwfpdrv.sys

The adgnetworkwfpdrv service failed to start due to the following error:
Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source.

Also I can't see a option to upload/attach the logs to the post do I need to use a 3rd party site?

Maybe if reached an agreement with Microsoft, it would not be a problem with that driver. In my event log unless the system verifies the drivers, because it shows me that the driver can destabilize the system.

I am pretty sure that this is what causing the error.
This file is signed correctly with a kernel digital signature (otherwise it won't work for everybody).

So my guess is that for some reason your system lacks VeriSign root CA.

Please do the following:
1. Go to %windir%\System32\drivers
2. Find adgnetworkwfpdrv.sys file there
3. Right click on it and go to "Properties"
4. Go to "Digital Signatures" tab
5. Click "Details", then "View Certificate"
6. I need screenshots of "General" and "Certification Path" tabs

Hi Avatar

Adguard is working now after installing/updating to Windows 10 pro x64 version 1511, build 10586
So I guess the previous build I had installed had a issue with the root CA.

Also the issue with entering in the licence key, now works fine.

I have ticket open with support which can now be closed #BCS-701-48233 (I can't see how to close it, so if you can that would be great. I've also emailed support to let them know issue has been resolved.)

Thanks for all your help Skiba, buuuuuuu190 & avatar
