I do not know, or just me, but when I turned on HTTPS filtering websites, after a few minutes after turning Cyberfox x64 browser crashes. After disabling HTTPS filtering is not present this problem. Secondly, there is a problem with uninstalling the current beta (I wanted to go back to the latest stable version). There is an error 1063 probably. I took advantage of AdGuard Uninstall Tool and after you restart the system, I can not install any version of the program. After cleaning the registry could arise a problem with the uninstall program?
@SKIBA first things first, lets deal with the installation problem. I advise against cleaning the registry manually, it can potentially bring more problems. When using uninstall tool, did you perform the regular uninstall first?
What happens currently when you try to install Adguard - any errors? Take a screenshot if there are any. Also, please collect and send us installation logs:

When I click on Uninstall, it shows me a window to uninstall and then suddenly disappears. When I uninstalled your tool AdGuard Uninstall Tool, then later during the installation of the previous version shows me an error 1063. I have no logs, because I restored the system to the last restore point.
PS. So wine application crash Cyberfox lies with the AdGuard?

I found a way to install the new beta and it works. Just looking, I looked for and found a way to install the new version. How? It's a secret, vasily_bagirov.
And finally Cyberfox x64 does not freeze with filtering enabled pages HTPS.
