AdGuard 6 release date?

It might be worth launching Adguard For Windows 6 beta and the Mac beta around the same time if that's indeed the case.
If only we could. Mac beta will be rather soon (there're some major bugs to fix before) but Windows version is delayed again.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say it'll be out when it's out. I'm guessing once it's complete enough for the beta testing phase, it very well could be in beta testing for awhile before a final version can be released to the public.

They're working on it, but I'm not sure if they'd give an ETA just yet. They're busy developing the Mac app, the Android app, the iOS app, the browser extensions and Adguard 6 for Windows all at the same time. Plus I'm guessing Adguard 6 might be in beta testing for a good while before its released on the site.

Every time I give an ETA things goes not as planned.

Guys, believe me, we are working on v6, and it is close to first alpha (not beta yet:().

Alphas use to be all internal use and used by the devs and shown at events/press releases to show what they were working on. Beta were when other companies and the public might get a chance to use it and final is well final release.

However today it seems many devs are giving alpha, and beta access to everyone, its happening a lot in gaming at the moment i currently own 4/5 games that are in the alpha stage then i obviously have this which is the beta stage and BF4 which was released but i still consider it be in the beta phase lol.

Ive done abit of alpha gaming and not had too much issue, worst gme so far has been BF4 for me but then that is a huge game and they rush everything they do so when they fix one thing they break another 2/3 things.

We may give access to alpha to some beta testers, but I don't want to make it available to public.

Btw, do you use our browser extension? Looking for somebody who can translate it to Polish:)
Opera extensions are not yet compatible with latest Vivaldi dev. I don't use Chrome anymore.
However I just installed the extension for pcxFirefox inside its sandbox.
I also downloaded Opera 28.0.1750.48 portable, configured separate sandbox for it and installed the extension. So I think I can safely say 'yes' :)
Sure, I can try (at least) :) You know my e-mail address

I want those alphas too! :D

Of course, you're the first on the list;)
Thanks. Might need an alpha tester rank and forum section in that case. Of course, the criteria needed for alpha testing should be pretty strict (requiring a certain level of technical knowledge and how-to diagnose/reproduce issues, for example), since its alphas we're dealing with in this case. :p This also brings up an idea for stable, beta and alpha channels for Adguard. Also, alphas probably should impose having a special alpha key to download, use and activate the alpha, so non-alpha users can't obtain and use it without the special key.

You can install extensions from Chrome's web store in Vivaldi. Just read this tutorial.

Maybe it's the same issue as with Opera Dev. If opera://flags/#extension-content-verification flag is enabled - extension is marked as broken.

We'll fix this in the next update.
