AdGuard 7.0 problem

    first adguard 7.0 stopped often

    look at the attaced image file (abc.png)

    this problem appears to be random

    sometimes the button goes to the left and display on "something went wrong" message

    after than doesn't work an adblock all

    there is nothing wrong with adguard 6.4

    second configuration button is not being pressed

    look at the attached image file (abcd.png)

    the button works after it is newly installed

    but if you boot up several times after installation the button won't be pressed

    not only that button, but all the buttons on that page can't be pressed

    currently use windwons 10 19h1 + bitdefender

    Are you on latest AdGuard for Windows nightly?

    that problem in every 7.0 version(beta,rc,offical,nightly) so and i use 6.4 version

    Hard for me to tell, but if I had to guess this could be an incompatibility with Bitdefender. A couple things you could try are...

    1) In Settings > Network, uncheck the Use WFP network driver option and see if it works again.

    Or...

    2) In Settings > General Settings scroll down to the bottom, click on Advanced Settings and scroll down again and enable the Use redirect driver mode and see if it works again.

    1) unchecked Use WFP network driver and use it. the problem doesn't appear maybe but i can't use explorer edge,kakaotalk,etc..... blocking T_T

    2) enable the Use redirect driver mode and use it. same problem as a question(this problem appears to be random)

    + i turned off bitdefender antivirus or turned off bitdefender firewall ot turend off both, but it has same problem

    all of these problems don't occur in adguard 6.4

    so i also downgrade 6.4 version

    @TheHasagi this might be another antivirus incompatibility with Bitdefender.

    Hello there!
    Try to use this instruction (Advanced) and reinstall the application.
    Also, you need to check that file:

    C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

    Are there any records like

    127.0.0.1 api.adguard.com
    127.0.0.1 api-b.adguard.com
    127.0.0.1 api-c.adguard.com
    127.0.0.1 api-d.adguard.com

    If so, delete and try again

    same error T_T.
    i think maybe a problem of windows10 19h1, so i will change to rs5 and used adg 7.0

    @Chinaski since the TDI driver seems to work according to @seok above, this does sound like a potential Bitdefender incompatibility.

    @seok what version of Bitdefender are you using?

    i'm using bitdefender total security 2019

    +++

    after format installed win10 rs5, and i installed firefox + installed adg7.0 only 2 programs

    but adg7.0 same error T_T

    Please specify are you added both applications to the exceptions on each other?

    One thing you could try is looking in Bitdefender for a feature called scan SSL or HTTPS or something of that nature and try disabling it and see if AG for Windows starts working with the WFP driver again.

    Hello, can you try to disable AdGuard from the "Startup optimizer" list in Bitdefender restart your PC and check again? Also, remove AdGuard from any lists in Bitdefender like optimized, firewall and etc. Did you check for Windows updates yet?

    after format i did not install a bitdefender....... i installed only 2 programs(firefox,adg7.0) and same problem happens
