ADGuard and SSD

Hi guys can can I ask where did ADguard writing into SSD or direct into the memory? Can I change default place for adguard.db and adguard.db-journal. Coz Its like my Chrome write 1GB/hr your ADguard write 1gb/hr and I think its not healthy for SSD in overall.
I get this info from Windows 10 Task Manager? maybe it's lying.
