I'm using Adguard 7.4 beta1 with Windows 10 1909, and if Adguard run with windows starting, then it can't be open and block does not work. You must kill it in Task Manager, then open it manually, then everything goes well.
Please specify, do you use antivirus?
Also, I'd like to ask you to collect log files:
- AdGuard settings > General > Logging Level > Set Debug;
- Note the time the error occurred and let us know;
- Don’t forget to return to the default logging level;
- Logs can be sent to me at PM.
