I am using adguard in Windows 10.
However, yesterday, Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool x64 - June 2018 (KB89083030)
Since the Windows 10 patch, http has been working normally, but https can not see or can not connect itself.
Same thing with beta versions. Is there a solution?
If I install adguard in Windows, https will not connect properly and will work normally if uninstalled.

I've also attempted to reinstall the certificate, but the symptom does not disappear without deleting adguard.

Are you using any third-party antivirus or just the built-in Windows Defender?

First of all, try to add AdGuard to the exception list and then switch off WFP driver(AdGuard - Network) and try again.

    I solved the problem.
Adguard was not a problem but a bank security program.
I am grateful to everyone who answered me.
