Could the

Do not filter websites with EV certificates (when disabled unselected )

Cause the issue I'm having ?

Do you have it enabled ?
Do you have Eset with HTTPS Filtering ?

I think the EV is causing the issue, do any of you have it enabled ?

For now I disabled HTTPS on my ESET and Do not filter websites with EV - Enabled (Seleted )

I Enabled WDF back because TDI is DPC hog on WDF0100.sys filter

EDIT : again it happens , didn't help ... high dpc

At the moment when Adguard is using 13% CPU , I didn't do anything at the time, just writing the message on this forums

Does adguard scan Utorrent traffic ? do you use Utorrent 2.2.1 with a lot of torrents seeding ? Adguard takes tons of cpu usage after I open Utorrent it seems, but it could even before, even when I'm doing speed test it takes CPU usage when using adguard, almost 60% out of my I7 3700K . when using utorrent it seems to takes 27-40% and it doesn't stop taking Cpu Usage till I'm closing it and reopen adguard, including the service

I have high cpu usage same as his , just different thing happens

I removed adguard and install only the browser extension + ublock origin and everything works fine now.

Do you guys have HPET enabled ? Do you have USB Sound Card ? I'm trying to find the culprit , it might be system dependet . I got my laptop back so I could check if this issue happens there and know if it might be just a hardware setting in the bios like HPET . it was Enabled till now, so I've Disabled it and now I'm testing again still without adguard software.

I have a USB DAC (which is more-or-less a USB sound card) and I have no issues here. I suspect it might be related to ESET being present on the system here, but you never know.

I've had LatencyMon up and running for days now without any issues with latency. I've also been playing a lot of music via ASIO output set to 2ms latency with no issues either.

It's not Eset, I've tested again.

Could you mind telling me with using Autoruns64.exe to see if you have Service called NetworX ? or a file called \SystemRoot\system32\ckldrv.sys I don't know if it's legitimate , but a some site says it is . some says it needs to be when you install Stellar Data Recovery: Data Recovery Software.
For now I cleaned some old drivers and old Sys files that might affect the system ... I'm not sure what is causing it. it jumps with Wdf01000.sys high without Adguard , but still it's not going haywire and jumps every 1 sec with adguard to 15-21K . so need more testing. I just want to know if I can delete it and remove it. it starts as a system service Start (1) but doesn't actually have a service in services.msc

Also using Virustotal scan and Eset

I had some Oracle VM VirtualBox drivers installed even when it was uninstalled and also LGE Phone drivers and devices , I had many hidden device on the device manager which I removed . also microsoft VHD device.
I removed all, checking now if it is still happening. I uninstalled Intel MEI device and disabled HPET which just for issues also. Removed Intel WDT also and install intel full IRST drivers for my hdd, it was the same version but including the software.

Honestly? If you're going to the trouble of messing with drivers (which *can* be dangerous) I'd just backup everything I wanted to keep and reformat Windows and start over again and see if the issue still exists in a "clean" Windows state. I did a few days ago, and still no latency spikes.

clean Installation won't tell me what wasvthe issue , I kmow there's not suppose to be issue, also new windows update arrives at 10.17. I am technicalnand fixing computer as a job, that's what I did since age 6. now it can happen again and I still won't know if won't check. also the update might fix it also

Seems it is fixed.

still adguard not installed, but I don't have jumps anymore without . the Nvidia driver still jumps because I use MadVR+Potplayer and using TV changing the resolution from 4K to 1080p23p or 1080p24p it causing high delay which causing the driver to wait, nothing special about it because it's something that is happening and visibly causing it.

I also added . Bcdedit /set disabledynamictick yes and changed disablepagingexecutive to 1 from default 0 in registry .

for now it seems that I don't have any more issues. I might install adguard soon and check it again, I just feel the system works faster without it after long time of using it. as I can use Ublock Origin + Ublock Protector + Adguard Filters that on Ublock origin already.

Can you post a screenshot of you Latencymon after 3-4 hrs ? while watching movies and playing some games and doing the normal usage ?

Also with the Drivers Tab

I have some jumps maybe because of Intel EIST which lower the cpu clock and then maybe that cause some jumps on the latency, but it's not noticeable because it happens in instant and it just one time . not like before which was every 3-4 sec jumps to 13k
