I would be highly surprised if they add unlimited queries to the personal plan for AG DNS due to the ongoing costs involved (among other things). In my opinion 10 million per month is more than enough for the majority of people and as far as I know they are listening to user feedback and may increase the monthly limit more, but I still doubt it'll become unlimited.

Unlimited queries is part of the enterprise plan (which must be expensive, as it as a contact us button, lol).
