Adguard DNS Beta on Google Nest Router

Is there a way to assure anyone logged into my network uses the adguard dns?

On my kids chromebook he simply goes to network settings and specifies Google DNS which circumvents the family dns I have set in the router.

So I have the BETA DNS installed and blocked a gaming website he visits far too often. I unlock it when his schoolwork is done but I see he gets around the lock very easily by simply changing to google dns.

Somehow I need to set the Google Nest Router that only the gateway dns can be used when using the home network to connect.

Any help there?

I don’t think you can block outgoing addresses or filter outgoing ports with the Google Nest Router. If you have a personal Chromebook then you may be able to use the Google Family Link app to block websites and other parental controls.
