AdGuard doesn't remove ad-frames in apps

Hi, I noticed AdGuard isn't completely removing ads (keeps the frames, often with "Web page not available" messages inside, which is quite annoying) in Flipboard app and Microsoft Launcher news widget. Both use some sort of internal browser to display content; when trying opening the same pages in Chrome the ads there are blocked completely, with no frames left whatsoever.

Examples:
(Flipboard, in the articles)

Another one, different site:

(Flipboard, in the app UI itself):

Similar thing occures with Microsoft Launcher, the News tab, inside articles (empty blocks where the ads were blocked, with "Ad Choisces" messages inside).

I use the latest updated beta version of AdGuard, Samsung SM-A520F, Android 8.0.0

Trying to use https filtering with Flipboard results in articles not being shown at all; what else can I try?

If the ad space is built-in there is no legal way and without root.

Please post playstore urls to these apps and I can check them.

Microsoft launcher news part not reproduced.

For Flipboard it was enough to enable HTTPS filtering to hide the boxes for me.

I rechecked, for Microsoft launcher, there are only small "AdChoises" signs with every article.

Enabling https filtering for Flipboard specifically in "Apps Management" section results in web pages containing articles not loading at all. When choosing and clicking on any article title in the app (for example, for Vogue UK), nothing loads, there's only a blank page displayed.

When unchecked, the "Web page not available" frames persist.

Just checked Adguard working with Flipboard on another phone, Huawei Mi A2 Lite, Android 8.1

Same issues with "Web page not available" ad frames showing, same problem with articles not loading if https filtering is checked for Flipboard in apps manager section.

Then it seems it does not trust self-made HTTPS certificates on Android 8.1. On my Android 7.1 it works fine.
Sadly there is nothing we can do then :(
