AdGuard driver not certified by MS and can cause instability?

Yeah, this was brought up before several times in the past. The consensus is it doesn't actually matter too much in this case, and no it won't cause system instability.

Hi! No, it won't. Microsoft has its own driver licensing program, but it only concerns hardware drivers. Applying it to our product would lead to excessive restrictions.
Our driver updates quite often, and with every new version we would have to certify it.

This issue doesn't affect system stability in any way, since we don't work on hardware level.
