[Added] New "Notification Icon" setting option: "Notification without icon": [url=https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardForAndroid/issues/222]#222[/url]

So now we now have 4 options:
1. Default icon. Icon and notification are always visible.
2. Colored icon (only in Android 4.X). Icon and notification are always visible.
3. Notification without icon. Icon is not visible. Permanent notification is visible, but it has low priority, so it is semi-transparent and placed below all other notifications.
4 None. No icon, no notification.

This change should help with #223. When Adguard pauses protection, sometimes Android may kill it's process and then do not bring it back.

We have improved "Filter DNS requests" feature, now it is much more reliable and works for both Wi-Fi and Mobile connection.
This feature may improve the battery usage drastically so I recommend beta testers to try it.

Hmm, no update is shown when I search for updates and about window still shows 2.1.267. Or is there a hidden setting to switch to beta update channel on Amazon?

Amazon build does not check for app updates as this is handled by Amazon AppStore.

Sadly my Kindle doesn't report any update from Amazon. I even restarted my Kindle and no update is shown as a notification like for other apps downloaded from Amazon.

I bet that's because you use the release version of Adguard.

In Amazon release and beta are two different apps.

I just checked the invite link and it redirects to me to the site which has the version number of this new beta build.

After I uninstalled and then reinstalled from the Amazon cloud I have the new version, so it seems the update is somehow broken. Just annoying to activate the software again and set my settings all again.

How many Adguard apps do you have in cloud?

Release and test builds even have different icons there (second has a "test" stripe above the icon).

I only have one in my cloud and it had the test stripe (same as the one now).

Can't test as I installed this version manually. Normally a popup tells me there is an update available. Have to check when new version is out.

New beta is here, version 2.1.338.

I have updated first post in this thread with a new changelog.

@Blaz, let's wait until tomorrow morning and see how it goes with Amazon.
In theory it should apply update automatically.

It updated fine now, sadly it didn't notify me it did it now or an update was available (it does for other games). Stupid Amazon.
