AdGuard for Android breaks my WiFi?

I tried to install AdGuard on a new device. However, activating AdGuard breaks my WiFi. It stops working/loading anything. The only way to get it to work is to uninstall AdGuard AND delete the certificate it installed.

This does not affect my mobile data, just WiFi. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, without success. Also, my old device is fine.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi! We need some logs to see. Can you please email us at support@adguard.com with logs included? Here is an instruction.

Is there anything I can try in the meantime while waiting to hear back from the developers? AdGuard not working reminds me of how much I hate ads! :)

I have the same issue on Android noticeable when watching YouTube Livestreams the comments chat will stop with the video but the WiFi Icon is still functional.

Another issue came up after updating to Android 11 my devices will keep telling me that I'm connected but there is no Internet when I have Adguard Home configured as a dhcp server.
