AdGuard for Safari not launching after restart

I get a message that says it is disabled and I have the option to launch at Login enabled.
Any ideas how I can correct this?

If AdGuard for Safari has launch at login enabled within the AdGuard app, also check to see if it's enabled within System Settings > Login Items > Allow in the Background.

Failing that, It's possibly easier to uninstall, and reinstall if you haven't got too much of a custom setup.

I've already uninstalled and it is enabled to running background.

I have tried everything suggested and the problem still exists.
