AdGuard for Safari Settings pop-up

Hello,

I have macOS 13.0.1, use Safari with many AdGuard extensions. Recently (within one or two of the last macOS versions), the settings page for AdGuard opens randomly but also regularly (at least once a day). I'm not sure what is causing it, sometimes it opens when Safari is open, closed, after waking my computer from sleep, restarting, etc. I don't know if this is a security settings problem in macOS or an AdGuard thing.

1.11.7 and now I just updated to 1.11.8
