[AdGuard for Windows 6.1] Why does AdGuard try to install my user scripts multiple times into itself

For some yet unknown reason, I get regular Adguard pop-ups, asking me to install one (!) of the user scripts I use inside Firefox into itself. Choosing to "Install" it (whatever it does) does not stop it from repeating the same process on the next day.

I'm positive that I missed something in the change log, but just to be sure: Why is this happening?

There is an option to disable this install behaviour in Extensions menu (Automatic detect user script).

Might be a bug. What userscripts are those, and what Firefox version?

Some written by me, some written by others, no pattern can be found in which ones are suggested.
I usually run the latest Firefox beta (49 as of now).

confirmed on my end as well, userscript is "Anti-Adblock Killer | Reek" Firefox 47.0.1

Oh, wait, "Ignore" button and proper handling of the Greasemonkey update requests were introduced in .250 only

The problem is that we cannot reproduce that issue on our side, I'd like to understand what happens in your case.

Is it simple to reproduce? Does greasemonkey update check cause it or it is something else?

Greasemonkey does not really tell me when it updates.
