Issue: User Filter list rules work even if unchecked by the user.

Steps to reproduce:-

1.Disable or uncheck the option 'User Filter'
2.Make sure you have an empty user filter list now or Delete any pre existing rules and then import ur user filter list file.

Now without enabling your 'User Filter' option, browse the site u just created the rule for, it'll work without even enabling that option.

Notice the user filter being applied in the sidebar

This situation remains till the adguard service is restarted.

Two things here:-
1. You can set even 'spaces' as your password, as highlighted in pictures its '6 spaces' password. I think they should involve characters only not empty spaces.
2. You can set even a one letter alpha or number as your password, I think there should be a minimum qualification of 6 letters or more.

The same bug is reproducible in the 'Parental Control' Tab.
One more thing I'm accessing these options via the main GUI screen and not going to the settings option and then going to their respective tabs.
This problem is there for items present on home screen like parental control and browsing security.

'Block Executables Files Download' in Parental Control atm stops browser downloads only and not the ones picked up by the download manager like IDM,etc. right?

1. Spaces are pretty secure:)
2. Ok, we'll add some constraint:

In the end I was able to reproduce it:

Also I've found what was causing it. The problem is rather deep. I will fix it for module statuses, but it's possible that this issue exists for some other properties.

It depends on who is first to intercept download request. Download will be blocked if Adguard is before IDM in the chain.

Version of httpseverywhere is 5.1.3 and i used latest FF NIghtly.

Forget about the loop first....is it blocking the third-party trackers successfully? bcuz that is what is causing the loop in my case.

@George one more thing make sure that AG certificate is installed otherwise you won;t see the error.

Hmm so, what about:

It shows up for me as a menu point like "Adguard UI".

Image Editor shows comments which are disabled when you search for "status:disabled":
1. Open Filter editor, disable a rule, add "!" in front of it to make it a comment
2. Now search for status:disabled -> you will notice this comment is shown.

Also a global search would be good, so when one searches for e. g. $elemhide it would show all results of all installed filters.
