That's strange, I can't reproduce this issue and also I can't understand how such addon may influence SSL filtering.Found the problem, This Addon https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/roomy-bookmarks-toolbar/ as soon as I disabled it, everything worked normally, had no problems on the help desk site at all. Re-enabled it and wham couldn't even get the help desk to load.
Argh, I think know what is the problem. This beta can be breaking DNS requests.Getting the same problem again, 'Server not found' for many sites not just https sites.
