I already had adguard installed.
I just ran the setup installer again(without deleting previous one) and adguard installed successfully. (that's good as if there was some problem in prev installation it may fix that)
But the bad part is I ended up having two 'Adguard' Items/program in the Control Panel list.

Weird. How have you installed the first AG? With our installer or maybe with some third-party installer?

just tried to run the setup file again and now it says Adguard is already installed :/

IMHO it should not be possible to update filters, application and extensions if license has already expired.

Instead of "Adblock polska", "Adblock polskie reguly" should be turned on if "Activate the most appropriate filters automatically" is enabled
