Does it help to reinstall AG certificate? (Settings --> scroll down to "Reinstall certificate" button)
Nope. It doesn't do anything. It's pretty consistent if someone wants to connect to Teamviewer if you can't reproduce and check it out.

Even without https it also breaks my zxdsl 931 router page on new chrome beta. It seems new chrome breaks something with adguard.
Same with guru3d.com/articles/index.html
I get a weird page starting with this quote below sometimes. If you want it tell me who to pm it.
Some other times i just get a white page and when i reload the page loads normally.

HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Date: Sat, 12 Nov 2016 10:45:26 GMT
Server: Apache
X-Adguard-Filtered: Adguard for Windows; version=6.1.281.1494
Vary: Accept-Encoding
Connection: close
Transfer-Encoding: chunked
Content-Type: text/html

Weird, reminds me of AV compatibility issues.

Which one do you use?

Emsisoft Antimalware.

EDIT: Btw it's not Chrome beta. I reverted to Chrome stable channel and still the same issue.

Checked Firefox again and gives me this error.
An error occurred during a connection to forum.re-crypt.com. SSL received a malformed Alert record. Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_MALFORMED_ALERT

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.
Is there a way to give you logs or something to check?

EDIT2: It's saying it's using an obsolete key exchange (RSA) now. I removed Chrome completely because the Adguard certificate was still used in sites even after i removed it from Windows.
Now it seems to be working ok but i will stick to the stable version. I really don't want to setup Chrome again from 0.

Current Adguard seems to have a problem with a few sites.
Browser: Latest Chrome
Site: https://www.gameware.at/info/shop/editAccount

This site can’t provide a secure connection
www.gameware.at sent an invalid response.

  • Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

When I add the site to SSL exception, it works as it should. On other sites (don't remember their names) I experienced the same issue since this latest beta, but clicking on "Reload" fixed it.

Does it do it all the time until you add it to SSL exclusions manually?

The problem is StartCom certificate. We made a mistake and distrusted ALL startcom certificates, instead of distrusting just the new ones (issued after 21 october).

@Fr9Tcm in your case the issue is absolutely the same.

Actually there're two mistakes made by us:
1. Distrusting all startcom certificates instead of just the new ones.
2. Domains which are affected should have not been filtered further, while we do it for some unknown reason.

Yeah it seems similar. I am sure you will fix it. Will try again when you release a new version.

I'm seeing several problems since installing the latest RC:

I'm getting cookie warnings again on all blogspot.com domains. Also: the Adguard assistant is not showing on blogspot domains.
Example: http://jazzblogwatch.blogspot.nl/
Screenschot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/hoa9hktyq1xhz93/Schermafdruk 2016-11-18 14.55.48.png?dl=0

Pop-up video on http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1on1zxpa8j3tk13/Schermafdruk 2016-11-18 15.24.01.png?dl=0

Assistant also doesn't show on http://www.volkskrant.nl/

Cookie notice on www.trouw.nl used to be removed, but not anymore. No assistant showing on www.trouw.nl. Screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ikik7t880i5hi9l/Schermafdruk 2016-11-18 15.31.06.png?dl=0

Cookie notice on http://www.parool.nl/stadsgids (not sure if it was blocked in earlier releases), no assistant showing and pop-up advert showing. Screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/q29npgw6wlse4v5/Schermafdruk 2016-11-18 15.42.20.png?dl=0

Note: volkskrant.nl, trouw.nl and parool.nl are all Dutch newspapers and part of the same news organisation.

I did try reinstalling the certificate, just in case, but it didn't help.

Any idea why adguard forced this site to get downloaded by Chrome and Firefox when you try to load it?
What exactly do you mean by it? I don't see anything unusual with this website. Please describe all steps you I to take to reproduce it, as exactly as possible.

Firefox 50.0. I see this was updated recently as well! Yes, using the filters listed in my signature. And yes, I do have some 40 filters in my user filter. Should I try disabling the user filter?

I'd try disabling all filter lists and see if you can reproduce the issue (might be wise to clear Firefox's cache too). If the issue goes away, try enabling filter lists one-by-one until the issue appears again.

Disabling all filters had no effect. I tried reenabling them one by one but the issue remains. (I took care to clear my cache each time I disabled or reenabled anything.) This does not appear te be specific to Firefox. I get cookie notices for all blogspot domains in IE (but not on trouw.nl, volkskrant.nl and parool.nl). The assistant is absent in IE on the same sites I mentioned for Firefox. I also rebooted the computer to make sure both Adguard and Firefox were securely installed.

The video popup I saw on http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ may have been a freak incident. I didn't see it again in either Firefox and IE.

Some of the scripts (extensions) I've been using don't work now and ads are back for me. YT, Gmail, FB and so on. I've disabled extensions and ads and it has had no effect. If there's any way I can help with logs or anything, I'd be happy to! I'm using Slimjet, by the way but also checked FF and it's the same.

Found the culprit! On a hunch, I checked my router's settings and found it was set to always use IPv6. (I don't know when it was set like that, I think it may have happened with some router software update from my provider.) All the issues I mentioned disappeared once I disabled IPv6. I never had this problem with previous versions of Adguard though.
