Working perfectly fine and as expected here on Chrome 61 and 62 beta with the latest RC. Also working fine on Firefox.On facebook.com integration mode with Extension is not working anymore
Looks like that issue is isolated on not a general problem.

It's probably always a good idea to restart one's open browsers right after an AdGuard update - https filtering can be unreliable otherwise.
That said, we need a way to always force integration mode inside the extension (that means: work in integration mode if you find AdGuard for Windows, do absolutely nothing if you don't). I have requested that before, but sadly it never got any traction.
When I disable AdGuard it's always for a reason, why would I want the extension to fall back to its own filtering instead? Why would I ever want it to as a paying customer of AdGuard for Windows? Temporarily disabling AdGuard becomes a giant pain in the ass with the extension installed. My ugly workaround is to simply disable all kind of filters and filtering inside the extension settings - but why does this have to be so tedious?

That's more or less expected as some of the Youtube connections are left unfiltered after you exit AG. The only solution is to close all the existing connection when AG starts up, but it may break things.

Yeah, that github entry is just linking back to the old thread where I requested the feature in the first place. As I said, it never got any traction beyond that.
Glad that the request is still going, though. Hope it eventually goes somewhere. I really only have the extension installed as a "better" version of AdGuard Assistant. It's just so annoying that I have to fight with it in order to keep it off when it's not wanted.

The result is the same. My educated guess is that an "I paid, give me integration mode only" is probably a whole lot less work than spinning the feature off into a second extension. It's likely also a lot less confusing for the average Joe. I see very little advantage in that approach that would justified the added maintenance.
But, personally, I don't really care how it's done - I'm just glad that many people agree that it is an issue in need of a fix.

Integration Mode currently fails on https://web.whatsapp.com for me, the extension falls back to its internal blocking feature. So maybe your observation with Facebook wasn't such a freak occurance after all @Blaz - there may be more to this.
Actually, there is an update available (6.2.432.2166). Go to the About window to see/update to it.
