Adguard for Windows won’t allow me to access any websites on any Browsers.

Running Windows 10 Version 2004

I recently purchased Adguard about a week or two ago. It worked fine until Microsoft pushed out an update after that HTTPS filtering doesn’t work. I’m not able to reach any websites. If I turn HTTPS filtering off, I’m able to access the websites or if I disable “Use of WFP network drive” I'm then able to access all website. As soon as I turn HTTPS filtering back on all websites are blocked.

I’ve also uninstalled the windows update and rebooted the PC after that HTTPS filtering will work again however Microsoft sends down this update immediately forcing me to install. Is there a fix or this or an update or patch that will correct this issue. I’m really excited to use this product however it's barely been 2 weeks and I’m already running into functionality issues with it so it doesn’t make me feel reassured here. I’ve already spent hours troubling shooting it myself and I’m at the point where I just want to uninstall.
