(I couldn't find an adguard home section of the forum so I'm posting here

In adguard home (docker) I have 3 upstream DNS servers specified:
Yet in my query log I have a mix of A & AAAA and very few https rows. Does this mean that the upstream encrypted dns servers aren't working?
I understand the difference between A and AAAA, what concerns me is that not all my DNS traffic may be encrypted / how to interpret the query log?
Below is an example, I estimate only 1-2% of my DNS queries are logged as https. 98-99% are plain A or AAAA.
