I just tried to install AdGuard Home on Linux Mint (Ubuntu 18.04 base), following step by step the very simple online guide and I lost internet. No matter how I tried to uninstall, deactivate, stop AdGuard Home, it's now 3 days I've tried all I can imagine to get back internet, but no luck. I always get the popup "Connection established" but no internet.
Can anyone help and tell me what went wrong with the AdGuard Home install and how can I get back internet?

Hello!
Do you try to install AdGuard DNS Home with whit instruction?
You are likely to have a mistake at one of the configuration steps. Please send step-by-step screenshots of your installation.

Hello and thanks for replying. Yes I followed your link /Getting Started /Installation /Linux 64-bit and downloaded the Gzip archive. Then no need for screenshots and there's any configuration steps in the tutorial. I just typed:
sudo ./AdGuardHome in terminal, and then: sudo ./AdGuardHome -s install
I think the configuration, which was automatically done by the AdGuardHome script has modified some files, but I have no clue where to look at. I checked /etc/resolv.conf and everything seems ok.

You should uninstall the ADG Home program via the -s uninstall command.
As well as return the settings of the clients that you set up.

I've tried all I can imagine: AdGuardHome -s stop, AdGuardHome -s uninstall, compared network settings with other linux installs, no way. And what do you mean by return the settings of the clients?? I didn't do anything since internet stopped working on Linux Mint.

The fact is that Adgard Home does not affect your Internet connection, it’s just a DNS server. Therefore, you should check the local settings.

I understand your point. Now my problem is: since I installed Adguard Home, internet disappeared on Linux Mint. Anyway as soon as I have some time, I'll try to setup a virtual machine with linux mint and see if internet stops working again. I'll keep you posted. Thanks

@bobzr
Are you check?
# vi /etc/resolv.conf
What's there?
If you try |nslookup google.com| (Need SH)

I just tried again to install AdGuard Home on a Linux Mint virtual machine. The result is the same, internet is lost after install, even after uninstalling AGH service. I didn't do any config, on first config of Dashboard I just hitted NEXT NEXT NEXT, without changing any defaults. So I can confirm the problem comes from AdGuard. Is there a place to report bugs?
