AdGuard-Home on PI not resolving local devices name

Not sure where to ask this, so I am posting here.

I have the latest AdGuard-Home installed on a raspberry Pi where I am pointing all the LAN devices to use AdGurad as DNS server.
Everything seems to be working except I can't get the local devices to show host name in log or top client field. They show up as IP addresses.
My router's IP is 192.168.4.1.

I have done this so far,
I have this in upstream DNS field
[/in-addr.arpa/]192.168.4.1
[/ip6.arpa/]192.168.4.1

I have this in Private DNS servers field
192.168.4.1

Any help is appreciated.
