I bought Adgaurd from my iPad and I want to use the same licence for my windows device, where should I get licence info.

If your one license is for one device I don't think it will work. If you bought 1 license for 3 devices See Here

Unfortunately, the license buy-in Appstore cannot be used on other devices.
Multiplatform is only available for keys purchased on our official website.
