AdGuard is blocking any Il`s site poorly

as topic says , adguard barely block and ads on main Israeli sites , i hope u will give it more attention

Well...

1) The next patch of Adguard 5.9 should have more subscriptions available, including EasyList Hebrew.
2) If you know how, you can download the current EasyList Hebrew list and import it into Adguard into your User filters as a workaround until it's added. I posted a quick tutorial how to do that in this post.
