Adguard is unable to connect to the internet.

Adguard is unable to connect to the internet on windows 10 64 bit home edition. Can't update filters. Can't activate the license. Application is allowed through the firewall but still can't connect to the server. Using Comodo dome shield on my pc, can it be causing the issue?

Hello!

To avoid such issues add AdGuard.exe and AdGuardSvc to the exception list of Comodo and try again.

Thanks for your kind suggestion. Tried as advised, adguard still didn't connect. Uninstalled Comodo dome shield. Adguard still failed to connect. Re-installed adguard but still the same issue.

C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc

Yo can open the file with notepad/editor.

Thanks guys for all the assistance and help. Appreciate it. I have uninstalled adguard and now using Adguard browser extension instead. Apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please advise how can I close this thread here. Thanks again.
