Websites works from Poland now, however slower than usually. Sometimes an error may occur when trying to check for filters/extensions/program updates.

When the site was down some sites I visited would load but the spinner would go on forever. Just a few sites not all. Wonder why that happened. Now everything is fine.
Maybe because of WOT getting reputation data from rating.adguard.com?

In theory it should not be so though, we have small timeout for rating requests. But that's the only idea i have now.
