AdGuard preventing websites from loading

I tried to submit a support ticket, but it's too many hoops to jump through, and I don't know the answers you're looking for. I re-installed AdGuard on my MacBook, and it's preventing websites from being loaded. I am running MacOS Monteray v12.0.1, Safari v15.1, and iCloud Private Relay.

I don't know what other information you need, but I paid for this product and it's not working, so I either need direct one-on-one tech support or I need a refund.

It's probably related to the iCloud Private Relay feature, since AdGuard for Mac can't be used at the same time as iCloud Private Relay. There's a topic here on the forums and an issue on GitHub regarding this, which also explains why it won't work...

And...

You might try going into AG for Mac's Settings > Advanced Settings and setting netext.monterey.force.split.tunnel to true but don't be surprised if it doesn't work.

What version of AdGuard it is? Could you please try updating to the latest version?

@SullyTheUnusual if the issue is still not resolved, could you please contact us at devteam@adguard.com?

We'll assign a developer that could try troubleshooting this issue one-on-one.

We'd prefer to escalate it to the developers team right away. macOS Monterey was just released and from our experience, new macOS releases often have rather mysterious bugs. We'd better figure that out quickly and either fix it on our side or report to Apple.
