AdGuard Pro and ExpressVPN

AGp seems to block ExpressVPN. Is there a way to whitelist apps and not just URLs?

As AdGuard Pro utilizes a local VPN, certain compatibility issues may arise with other VPN-dependent apps.

Is there any plan to fix other VPNs that are currently incompatible, or is it technically impossible?
